In case of cancellation initiated by Racch Nails, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:

- Damaged or defective products upon delivery (with proof).

Non-Refundable Items:
- Used or opened items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Refund Process:

- Upon verification, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Refunds include product costs only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
