हर बड़ा सफर एक छोटे से कदम से शुरू होता है, और मेरा सफर मुंबई के एक छोटे से पार्लर से शुरू हुआ। ये एक छोटा-सा होम बिज़नेस था, जहाँ मैं दुल्हनों को उनके खास दिन के लिए तैयार करती थी।

ज्यादा साधन नहीं थे, लेकिन दिल में बहुत जुनून था। हर दुल्हन को तैयार करते हुए मैं उनकी मुस्कान में अपनी मेहनत देखती थी। वो पल, जब मेरी मेहनत से कोई दुल्हन और भी खूबसूरत और खुश महसूस करती थी, मेरे लिए सबसे बड़ी तसल्ली थी। यही पल K3 सैलून की नींव बने।

आज जब मैं देखती हूँ कि यह सफर कहाँ तक आ गया है, तो दिल गर्व और खुशी से भर जाता है। एक छोटे से पार्लर से लेकर आज के K3 सैलून तक का यह सफर सिर्फ मेरी मेहनत का नहीं, बल्कि आपके प्यार और भरोसे का नतीजा है।

  • K3's journey began in a small home parlor in Mumbai, where I started by doing bridal makeup with love and dedication. With limited resources but a passion for my craft, I created beautiful moments for each bride.

    K3 Salon’s journey began with a small parlor in Mumbai, founded by the visionary Nanda Thaker. With a deep passion for beauty and a dedication to her craft, Nanda Thaker created stunning bridal looks that captured the essence of timeless elegance. It was a humble start, but her commitment laid the foundation for what would eventually become a legacy.

    As time passed, her daughter, Karuna Soni, took over the reins, determined to transform the small parlor into a renowned family salon. Karuna envisioned a place where beauty was not just for brides but for everyone—where families, including kids, could enjoy a full range of beauty services under one roof. With her expertise and passion, she established K3 Salon as a brand that catered to the needs of all, providing top-notch services while maintaining a warm, welcoming environment.

    The legacy continued with Rachita Soni, Karuna’s daughter and Nanda Thaker’s granddaughter, who joined the family business. A skilled makeup artist and hair stylist, Rachita brought fresh techniques and a modern touch to K3. Passionate about new technologies in the beauty industry, Rachita integrated cutting-edge beauty innovations and trends into the business, ensuring K3 stayed at the forefront of the industry.

    Along with Rachita, Virali Thaker, Karuna's other daughter, a skilled software developer, joined the family business. Intrigued by the generational legacy and with a vision to take K3 beyond boundaries, Virali Thaker brought her expertise in technology to the brand. She is determined to integrate modern digital experiences into the salon, connecting the world to K3's unique offerings and making the experience more accessible to everyone.

Hi, I am Karuna Soni, the owner of the Premium Salon chain in South Gujarat. With an extensive experience of over 19 years in makeup, grooming, and chemicals, I have always been open to exploring new ways to grow in my professional environment. I have established four branches in the Vapi, Daman, and Silvassa regions, equipped with the latest technology in the salon field.

 I blessed with the opportunity to bring experience to people, which was initially motivated by my mother and is now further inspired by my two daughters. My better half has been my strength and support in all aspects.

My dream is to expand my K3Salon footprint across another five states, with 50 more franchises in the next couple of years. I am also proud to announce the upcoming launch of our Makeup Academy in Vapi, aimed at empowering underprivileged girls as part of our corporate social responsibility initiatives. Our recent branches are coming up in Surat, Lucknow, Gandhidham, and Chandigarh.

As a seasoned software developer and entrepreneur, I’ve gathered a wealth of experience in both the technical and business worlds. My vision is to take our salon experience global, setting a new standard where exceptional services are not just a luxury, but an essential part of everyday life for everyone. From babies to grandparents and everyone in between, we focus on creating an ambiance of homely comfort in all our salons, and I want to take this experience to the world.

Alongside my technical expertise, I also thrive in areas like team leadership, strategic business planning, and operational excellence. I take great pride in ensuring smooth operations, leading diverse teams, and continually innovating to enhance the customer experience.
